Terms & Conditions

ITINERARIES: Itineraries are prepared and programmed in advance according to the best available information at that time and are subject to changes on the date of the pilgrimage. Simply contact your group coordinator and we will offer immediate answers and booking options for the trip being offered.

PRICES: GLORY JOURNEY INC. reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of the following: (1) Increase in airfare due to higher fuel costs, etc. (2) Increase in land costs due to hotel charges, bus fares, taxes, and other costs due to the fluctuating value of the US dollar against foreign currency.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: A deposit of $500 per person is required to hold your reservation, and it is non-refundable (may be refundable according to travel insurance conditions). Your passport copy is necessary for booking. Credit cards have a 4% charge.


FINAL PAYMENT OF AIRLINE: The list of names must be ready, and all tickets issued 90 days before departure, subject to change by the airline. Once the ticket is issued, it cannot be changed or refunded. This is subject to operating airline conditions. The package price is based on the current fare at the time the trip was prepared and subject to change by the airline.

FINAL CRUISE PAYMENTS: The entire list of names must be prepared and due 90 days before the ship’s departure. These are the rules of the boat contract. No name changes, date changes, or refunds are allowed once it is issued. All boat conditions will apply.

FINAL PAYMENTS: The final payment of Land only is due 30 days before the original departure date. If the decision to postpone is made 60 days before the original departure date or later, payment is still due 90 days before the original departure date. To confirm your reservation, we will ask you for a deposit for the trip, which is non-refundable, non-transferable, and amounts to $500.00 per person. This is the only way we can guarantee you a booking/reservation. FINAL PAYMENT: JULY 26.

PAYMENT TERMS: Your payment is considered made once received by the group leaders. The assignment of roommates will be made by the organizer group leaders.

CANCELLATION FEES: If GLORY JOURNEY Inc. receives written notice of cancellation from the traveler more than 90 days before the original departure date, all payments made towards the tour price will be refunded, less a processing fee of $200. For cancellations received 90 days or less before the trip departure, the initial deposit of $500 plus any applicable charges imposed by the airlines, hotels, and bus companies to GLORY JOURNEY Inc. will not be refundable. Please note that the amount may vary with each pilgrimage and with the providers we work with. In case of postponement, the above continues to apply. GLORY JOURNEY Inc. reserves the right to cancel any pilgrimage up to the departure date, in which case all funds

Received cancellations will be refunded within 30 business days. In case of cancellations received within 90 days before the start of services or after FINAL PAYMENT has been made, the following charges per person apply: 90 days before the start of services: $200/Admin Fee. 90-1 days before the start of services: 100% of the total cost. On the day of departure or after, or in case of no-show on the day of departure: 100% of the total cost.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance (personal accident / sickness / injury / trip cancellation / baggage insurance). GLORY JOURNEY Inc. is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, personal injuries, trip cancellations, or baggage handling that is not under our control.

VISAS and PASSPORTS: A valid national passport is required for all trips, and each country has its own formality. It is necessary to review visa requirements to enter the countries on the trip. Local consulates can usually advise you. Passengers are responsible for obtaining their own visas. It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide appropriate documentation and check the requirements for entry into each country to be visited. The tour operator and its organizers assume no responsibility for losses due to lack of appropriate documentation. Visas are the responsibility of the traveler.

LUGGAGE: Please follow the general rule of traveling light – If you can’t carry it, don’t bring it. Passengers are allowed one piece of luggage per person. Baggage handling is included for one suitcase per person only, where possible, in the cost of the pilgrimage. International airlines will not allow a suitcase that exceeds 50 pounds (subject to change). Luggage handling is not available on any trains. Every effort will be made to handle luggage with care; however, GLORY JOURNEY Inc. will not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged luggage or items within the luggage compartment. (Travel insurance may apply).

INCLUDES: 4-star hotel accommodations, private transportation by motor coach, daily breakfast and dinner in Israel, group transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. Dedicated service of a tour manager, licensed guide, admission fees according to program, audio devices with tour, baggage assistance at hotels.

FLIGHT TICKETS INCLUDED: MIA-IST-TLV-DXB-IST-MIA. Hotels: Leonardo Jerusalem / Golden Crown Nazareth.

NOT INCLUDED: Boat departure taxes (Port/Fee $160.00 Per Person). No Tips in Israel, Turkey, Dubai, and Cruise. Cabin upgrade on a cruise. $200 Ocean View Room and $300 Balcony Room. Visas or visa procedures. Taxes and fees for each country (unless specified); passports, visas, and vaccinations; laundry, telephone, minibar, alcoholic beverages, food and drink not included in the hotel’s usual menu (these will be charged prior to leaving the hotel or restaurant); optional excursions; luggage charge at hotel and airport; travel insurance; excess baggage charges; any other personal expenses. The tour operator reserves the right to change and/or modify the program due to conditions beyond their control.

PRICE: The price is based on groups of 45 people. Any fluctuation that may be below 45 passengers may be affected by the price.
